Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Customer Sales Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales and customer service teams, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and developing effective strategies for enhancing customer experience.
Duties and responsibilities:-
- Lead and manage the sales and customer service teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service by monitoring interactions and resolving customer complaints effectively and promptly.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and customer service KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Address and resolve complex customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Candidate requirements:-
- Candidate should be local.
- Experience:- field sales and marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Age:- 21 -38 years
