Job Description
Lead and manage a team of customer sales representatives in the direct channel of our life insurance company. Drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and foster a high-performance culture to achieve targets and maximize revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coach a team of customer sales representatives.
Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotional campaigns.
Resolve escalated customer inquiries and maintain compliance with regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience in sales or customer service management in life insurance.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated experience in managing field sales teams.

Willingness to travel within the designated region.
