Job Summary: A Customer Service Representative in the BFSI sector handles customer inquiries and issues related to financial products and services, aiming to provide a positive and helpful experience. They process transactions, resolve problems, and educate customers about various banking and financial options, all while adhering to financial regulations and maintaining strong communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand and explain financial products and services, including accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Adhere to financial regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and refer opportunities to sell additional products and services.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating issues cases to appropriate personnel.
- Accurately process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
- Gather feedback to improve customer service and product offerings.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales and marketing.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
