→ Handle inbound calls and chat from customers
→ Resolve customer queries and sales company product
→ Provide accurate information about products/services
→ Maintain customer records in CRM system
→ Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Required Candidate profile
→ Any Graduate
→ 1–3 years experience in Customer Support / Sales / BPO / Call Center
→ Good communication and listening skills
→ Basic computer knowledge
→ Willing to work in shifts (if required)
