Role Overview
As a Customer Success Associate in the insurance domain, you will ensure that clients have a positive experience from policy purchase through ongoing support. You will work closely with clients and agency teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and help clients maximize the value of their insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale.
Address client queries related to policies, claims, and renewals.
Coordinate with agency teams to resolve client issues promptly.
Proactively engage clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
1–2 years experience in customer service, sales, or insurance-related roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
