Job Description

To improve the sales of all insurance items via the Agency Channel, we need a driven Insurance Direct Sales Manager. In addition to assuring license and activation, this position entails hiring, supervising, and training agents as well as supporting company growth. Basic responsibilities:

• Use the Agency Channel in order to sell  life insurance products, making sure that sales goals are met        within the region of responsibility.
• Train and educate new agents, making sure they have the abilities and understanding to be profitable        in the insurance industry.
• To ensure compliance, supervise the new agent licensing procedure and keep constant tabs on the             licenses’ activation.
• To build connections, create leads, and keep well-organized records of contacts and activities, plan            regular meetings with people, lead sellers, and intermediaries.

Profile of the Preferred Candidate:

  • A graduate degree is needed.
  • should have been local to the same location for at least 3 years.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience field sales at any open market.
