Responsible for managing and expanding the agency channel by recruiting and mentoring agents to achieve sales targets and business growth.

Job Description:

• Recruit and onboard agents to build a strong agency network.
• Provide training and product knowledge to new agents.
• Monitor agent performance, conduct regular field visits, and provide coaching to ensure targets are met.
• Drive recruitment efforts, motivate agents, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Help agents with lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.
• Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and agent progress.

Key Criteria:

• Graduation in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
• Valid bike and driving license.
