Development Manager

Motivated people are needed to fill the position of manager or team leader in our team. You will be in charge of marketing and selling the product as a manager or team leader.

Responsibilities:

• Use a range of techniques to identify potential clients and generate leads.

• Make use of them for personnel hiring and product closing.

• Personalize insurance products to meet the needs of each of your clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in order to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Reach the sales targets and quotas set by the business.

• Keep up with legal and regulatory requirements, industry developments, and product knowledge.

• Improve sales performance and strategy by collaborating with team members and agency managers.

• Provide outstanding client service both prior to and following the sale.

Requirements:

• min 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable)

• Must be Graduate

• Must be local candidates

• Age between 23 to 38 years
