Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive Development Manager / Agency Manager to recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors. The role focuses on driving sales through the agency model and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard new insurance agents/advisors
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the agency team
Drive life insurance product sales through the advisor network
Monitor and support agent performance to meet business goals
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews

Requirements:

Graduate (any stream); 2+ years of sales or agency development experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Experience in insurance/banking/financial services is a plus
