Key Responsibilities:

Handle direct sales of life insurance products through walk-ins, leads, and references
70% lead-based sales with strong support from the company
Build and manage a portfolio of clients to drive consistent business
Conduct meetings, presentations, and need-based financial product pitches
Ensure compliance with sales process and documentation standards

Candidate Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in the BFSI domain
Good communication and customer engagement skills
Self-driven with the ability to achieve monthly sales targets
