Job Description
A Direct Field Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services directly to customers through in-person interactions in designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach individuals or businesses in the field to generate leads and promote products/services.
- Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets within assigned territories or zones.
- Build trust with customers through regular follow-ups and provide post-sale assistance when needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience
- Age between 24 to 40 years
- Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Able to manage and guide a team
