We are hiring Insurance Sales Manager for the Direct Channel Insurance Industry. This role focuses on direct customer acquisition without intermediaries, driving sales, and ensuring business growth through relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Generate leads and acquire new customers through direct sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships.
•  Provide excellent after-sales service and support.

Requirements:

•  Minimum 2+ years of field sales experience (Insurance, BFSI, Telecom, Pharma, FMCG, Consumer Durables preferred).
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Local candidates with a strong market network preferred.
