Requirements
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
- Develop strategic plans to facilitate the growth of insurance products.
- Provide comprehensive training to advisors regarding products, processes, and policies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with insurance companies while coordinating relevant activities.
- Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of insurance sales activities.
- Offer operational support to branches concerning user logins and issuance processes.
- Conduct presentations on business opportunities to attract new advisors.
Candidate Essentials:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of two years of experience in field sales.
- Ownership of a bicycle and possession of a valid driver’s license are mandatory.
