πΉ Key Duties & Responsibilities:
β Identify, onboard, and develop insurance consultants.
β Expand and strengthen a high-performing advisor network.
β Boost revenue through strategic sales planning.
β Support and train advisors to enhance their effectiveness.
β Foster strong connections with agents, referral partners, and intermediaries.
β Track, analyze, and manage sales data for business growth.
π― Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelorβs degree is mandatory.
Experience: 1-4 years in outdoor sales (FMCG, Retail, Pharma, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutual Funds, etc.).
Skills: Strong leadership, persuasion, and interpersonal communication.
Age: 21-38 years.
Must-Have: A personal two-wheeler for travel.
Note: Candidates with an operations background will NOT be considered.
