Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Direct Marketing Manager to lead our direct marketing campaigns and drive customer engagement. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that reach customers directly through channels like email, SMS, telecalling, and field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage direct marketing campaigns
• Analyze customer data to create targeted communication
• Coordinate with sales and creative teams for campaign execution
• Track campaign performance and optimize for better results
• Build customer relationships and drive lead conversions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in direct or field marketing
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM and marketing tools is a plus
