Job Description
An insurer that sells an insurance product directly to a customer without the need for an intermediary is known as a direct distribution channel, often known as a self-directed channel.
Responsibilities:
-Assist the client with filling out his insurance application at every stage.
-Offer tailored recommendations to reduce the estimate and assist the client throughout the entire process.
-Keep an eye on agent performance to make sure goals are reached.
-Construct and put into action sales strategies.
-Create and preserve connections with agents.
-Compose performance reports for the agency.
-Establishing a good rapport with the clients.
-Ensuring that clients receive exceptional care and pleasure.
-Creating and submitting monthly sales reports to upper management.
-Remaining current with emerging technologies and industry advancements.
Qualification Candidate:
-Min 2+ year of experience in Any Field Sales & Marketing
-Qualification- Graduation mandatory
-CTC- Up To 3.8LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
-AGE : 21 to 38 Years
