The Direct Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with individual clients, driving sales and retention through personalized service, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction within the direct channel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships.

Requirements:
- 1.5+ years in a client-facing role or sales.
