Responsibilities: 

Serve as the main contact for direct clients, handling their queries and needs.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance client portfolios.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
1+ years in client management, sales or BFSI Domain.
Excellent communication and relationship skills.
