Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 6 months in Sales & Marketing (preferably in BFSI or Life Insurance)
  •  Graduation is Mandatory
  • Compensation up to₹3.70 LPA + Lucrative Incentives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective presentation and persuasion abilities
  • Sales planning and forecasting capabilities
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approachKey Responsibilities: 
  • Engage with potential customers through leads provided by the company.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable life insurance solutions.
  • Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and terms to clients.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
  • Create customized presentations based on clients’ financial goals and budgets.
  • Ensure regular follow-up to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Organize and participate in sales visits and field activities.
