Our company is seeking for direct relationship representative who will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships through personalized interactions!

Responsibilities:-

• Build strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions
• Resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and increase satisfaction
• Establish trust, empathy, and ownership to drive long-term customer loyalty

Candidate requirements:-

• 2+ years of sales and marketing experience of insurance/ BFSI
• Any graduate / post graduate
• Any local candidate
• Age :- 21 -38 years
