Job Title: Direct Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore (Locals only)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Sales (any industry)

Position Overview: 
We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Direct Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in sales, with strong communication skills and a passion for direct customer engagement. This role involves generating new business through field sales and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: 
1.Identify prospective customers and generate leads through direct interaction, referrals, and field activities
2.Present and explain life insurance products tailored to individual customer needs
3.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
4.Follow up with clients, ensure timely documentation, and support policy issuance
5.Maintain strong post-sale relationships to improve retention and cross-sell opportunities
6.Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory guidelines

Candidate Profile: 
1.Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or direct customer engagement
2.Graduate or 10+2 with relevant sales experience
3.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4.Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented
5.Willing to travel locally for client meetings and fieldwork
