Job Description: 
An Direct Sales Executive is responsible for leading a team of agents to meet sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit, train, and manage agents to optimize performance.
  • Set and track sales goals, implementing strategies to achieve them.
  • Address client concerns and maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns to enhance agency visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Report regularly to senior management on team performance.
  • Develop strategies to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1+ years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
