Job Summary: 
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Direct Sales Executive to engage directly with customers and drive product/service sales. The role involves fieldwork, meeting targets, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Reach out to potential customers in person to promote company offerings.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest the best solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Build rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within set timelines.
• Conduct product briefings and explain features effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Stay informed about product updates and market trends.

Requirements: 

• Experience in field or direct sales is a plus.
• Must be a Local Candidate
• Age Criteria 22 – 38
• Bachelor Degree is Mandatory
• Basic digital literacy (e.g., using smartphones/apps).
