Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Direct Sales Executive to engage directly with potential customers, promote products or services, and drive conversions. This is a field-based role that involves customer visits and achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients through in-person interactions.
• Deliver compelling product/service presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Build trust and rapport to facilitate successful deal closures.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to finalize sales agreements.
• Meet individual sales targets consistently.
• Maintain detailed records of visits, leads, and follow-ups.
• Share valuable customer feedback and market trends with the team.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; sales experience is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in direct or on-ground sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills.
• Target-driven and able to work independently in the field.
• Comfortable with frequent local travel.
