Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Executive is responsible for selling products or services directly to customers through face-to-face interaction. The role involves identifying prospects, making sales pitches, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, or leads.
• Present and explain company products or services in a persuasive manner.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and territory mapping.
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•  bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in  sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field work.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
