Job Summary: 

The Associate Area Business Manager supports the Area Business Manager in driving sales growth and managing business operations in a designated territory. The role involves managing a team of field executives, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring market penetration and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in developing and executing territory sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Support the recruitment, training, and performance monitoring of field sales staff.
• Drive product sales through field visits, dealer/distributor management, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and influencers.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and suggest actionable insights.
• Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and promotional execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in  any field.
• 2–4 years of sales experienc
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
