CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Variable Incentives

Job Summary:

Hiring a Direct Sales Executive for agency-driven insurance sales. Focus will be on agent onboarding, field performance, and business expansion. Local experience is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identifying and recruiting insurance agents
• Coaching agents to meet sales expectations
• Active participation in field activities
• Driving high conversion and target achievement

Requirements:

• Graduate background required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance/BFSI sales
• Confident team handler and motivator
• Strong local network and communication skills
