Job Description:

The role involves meeting clients, understanding their needs, explaining products and services, and closing sales. You will also build strong relationships, achieve sales targets, and support overall business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • The current work role is to build a team and generate sales through them.
  • The candidate will be responsible for generating leads Independently.
  • Achieving assigned sales targets, and understanding client requirements.
  • The candidate will be responsible for generating and building their own sales team.
  • The team will be given targets for sales.
  • Both the candidate and the agents will have to achieve the sales targets.

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Experience in sales (preferred but not always required).
