Pay : 3.45 LPA fixed + Monthly Incentives
Experience Needed : Minimum 2 Years Field Sales
Education : Graduation from any stream
Residency : Must be from Durgapur – non negotiable
Joining : Every Monday, Immediate

What Your Day Looks Like :
You start your morning planning field visits. By midday you have met new prospects and are following up on existing leads. By evening you have submitted your activity report and planned the next day. Every month you push toward your target. Every month you earn incentives on top of your salary.

The Ideal Candidate :
Someone who has worked in sales before. Not someone looking for their first job. Someone who knows how to talk to customers, handle no and come back stronger the next day.
