Job Description
A Direct Sales Executive sells products or services directly to customers, usually through face-to-face meetings, field visits, or telecalling. The focus is on generating leads, closing sales, and meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach potential customers in person, by phone, or through referrals
- Identify and contact new prospects
- Keep records of visits, calls, and sales activities
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
