Job Description
We are looking for a Channel Recruitment Manager to build and grow a productive sales channel by recruiting agents, partners, or advisors. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
– Establish trusting bonds with advisors and clients.
– Business development and sales.
– Create and implement sales strategy to meet organizational goals.
– Ensure activation and performance of recruited channels
– Provide training, motivation, and tools for success
– Keep an eye on agent performance and offer any required direction.
– Boost sales performance with coaching and motivation.
Requirements:
– Graduate
– 2+ years in channel sales, agency recruitment, or business development
– Strong communication, networking, and team-building skills
– Knowledge of insurance/BFSI sector preferred.
