Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain a network of insurance agents.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through field sales activities.
• Offer excellent support and training to agents.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends and competition.

Qualifications: 

• You need a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of field sales experience is required.
• You should be great at communicating and interacting with others.
• You must be good at negotiating and solving problems.
• You’ll need to have a bike and a valid driver’s license.
