Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

– Recruiting the team of Sales Managers and building the agency-

– Responsible for the productivity of sales manager

– Responsible for the confirmation norms of the team.

– A collection of duties or responsibilities assigned

– Manage the relationship with the team, customers(internal & external)

– Support day to day operation of the sales

– Managing sales and sale related activity in the channel.

Candidate Requirement:

-Education: Any Graduate.

-AGE : 21 to 38 Years.

-Maximum CTC: 4.00lpa

-Experience: minimum of 1 years of work experience in field sales.
