Job Description
The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within a specific agency territory. This role involves leading and motivating a team of direct sales agents, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
