Job Description
Lead and manage a team of direct sales representatives to drive growth and achieve sales targets within the life insurance agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage direct sales professionals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
Client Acquisition: Oversee efforts to acquire new clients and expand market share.
Performance Management: Monitor and enhance sales team performance.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Reporting: Provide reports on sales metrics and market conditions.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in sales management, preferably in life insurance.
Skills: Leadership, communication, and sales skills.
Certifications: Relevant insurance licenses required or preferred.
