Job Description

Responsible for driving direct sales through the agency channel. Develop and execute direct sales strategies, build and manage a high-performing direct sales team, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement direct sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Build, train, and lead a high-performing direct sales team.
Set and achieve direct sales targets and KPIs.
Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with sales processes and regulations.
Collaborate with agency channel partners to maximize sales.

Requirements:

Proven experience in direct sales management in the insurance industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products and market.
