Job Description

We are seeking a Direct Sales Manager to lead our agency channel’s direct sales efforts. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing and motivating a sales team, and driving performance to meet targets.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working in sales
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance products.
• Local candidates only.
