Job Description

A top insurance company in India, renowned for its creative solutions and top-notch customer support. We are looking for driven Sales Executives to drive growth and cultivate great connections with insurance agents as we expand our Agency Channel.

Responsibilities

• Locate, hire, and acclimate new insurance representatives.

• Give agents continual support and training.

• Create and implement plans to reach sales goals.

• Support agents during field visits and sales strategies.

• Carry out market study and locate fresh prospects.

• Verify compliance with legal and corporate policies.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or a similar discipline.

• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales abilities.

• Age range: 21 to 38

• Experience: A minimum of one year and more in sales and marketing

• A local candidate is required.
