Responsibilities:
• Create and implement strategy for direct sales.
• Assemble, educate, and oversee sales teams.
• Track and assist with sales performance.
• Recognize emerging trends and commercial prospects.
• Provide management with a sales performance report.
Requirements:
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree.
• Two to three years of experience in related sales.
• Excellent sales management and leadership abilities.
• A track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Outstanding analytical and communication abilities.
• Being open to travel.
