Job Description
This role involves recruiting and training agents on a commission basis, supervising their activities, and identifying new market opportunities. The candidate will provide support to enhance performance and monitor sales metrics.
Responsibilities
· Agents for recruitment.
· Developing and training agents based on commission.
· Keep an eye on each agent’s activity plan to make sure it is being completed to the appropriate standards.
· Analyze the market to find potential new channels.
· Offer guidance and assistance to improve partner performance.
· Track and report on KPIs related to channel sales.
Requirement:
· Experience working in the field is required.
· Experience in sales and insurance is preferred.
· Age range: 22 to 38
· Experience: A minimum of one year and more in marketing and sales (BFSI & insurance)
· Local candidate is required
