• Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to improve team performance.
• Monitor and evaluate sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Generate new leads through networking and various prospecting efforts.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must be local.
• At least 2 years of experience in field sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
