Job Description
Position : Direct Sales Manager
A Business Development Executive (BDE) is different from an Accounts Executive. The BDE’s job is to find and bring in new clients, while an Accounts Executive handles and manages the relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Hire new sales team members, help them get started, and train them.
Look at sales data to find patterns and opportunities to grow the business
Meet monthly sales goals and show progress with clear performance measures (KPIs).
Share monthly and quarterly sales reports with senior leaders and investors.
Education: Any Graduate
Pay: On Roll
Experience: 2-3 years in sales or marketing
Age: 21-38 years
Skills :
Good at talking to people, building relationships, and negotiating deals.
Able to build and maintain strong connections with clients and partners.
Skilled in networking, managing projects, and solving problems.
Can adjust well to the company’s culture and lead other teams.
