Direct Sales Manager

The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the network of insurance agents. This includes recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and supporting agents to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Identify and recruit new agents to build and expand the agency network.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate agents on product offerings, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of individual agents and agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, acting as the primary point of contact for any support or inquiries.
  • Ensure all activities under the agency channel comply with company policies, insurance regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing department to support agents in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, recruitment, training, and performance metrics for upper management.

 

QUALIFICATION

 

  • Any graduate
  • Sales experience
  • 21-38 age
