Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative () to join our agency sales team in the insurance sector. The SDR will focus on identifying, prospecting, and generating leads within the agency channel to support the growth of our insurance business.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential agency partners, agents, and brokers in the insurance space.
Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Engage with leads and qualify them for the next steps in the sales process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential agency partners, guiding them through the sales process and addressing their needs and concerns.
Work closely with the senior sales team and account managers to transition qualified leads and assist in closing sales. Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and events as required.

Desired candidate profile

Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale  Mandatory
