Job Description

Direct Sales Manager

The Direct Sales Manager oversees and motivates a sales team to achieve revenue targets within the agency channel. This duty includes establishing and preserving trustworthy relationships with agency partners, evaluating sales performance, and ensuring that business policies and guidelines are adhered to.Finding, choosing, onboarding, educating, and developing a top-tier sales staff are among the duties.

 

LOCATION : Asansol

SALARY PACKAGE : 2.20 LPA – 3.20 LPA

• Develop and put into action a sales strategy to hit and exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with agency partners.
Regularly examine sales data to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team members.

#   Education: A business bachelor’s degree or a similar degree.
Experience: two to three years managing an agency or in sales, ideally in life insurance

#  Candidate must have field job experience.
