Direct Sales Manager :

The Direct Sales Manager will manage and lead a team of direct sales agents in the agency channel, focusing on achieving sales targets and driving business growth through effective management and support of the sales team.

Location: New Alipore 

Salary Package : 3 LPA – 3.40 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of direct sales agents.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales activities and performance of the sales team.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales agents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in insurance.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to drive results.
• Knowledge of the Indian insurance market.
