Job Description
Role: Lead a team of agents selling life insurance products.
Responsibilities:
• Hire and train new agents.
• Motivate agents to meet sales goals.
• Ensure agents provide excellent customer service.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations.
• Find new ways to sell more insurance.
Requirements:
• Experience in life insurance sales.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and regulations.
• Any Graduates
• Candidate must have field job experience.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
