Direct Sales Manager
Lead and manage a team of direct sales representatives to drive growth and achieve sales targets within the life insurance agency channel.
Location : Barpeta
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage direct sales professionals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Oversee efforts to acquire new clients and expand market share.
- Performance Management: Monitor and enhance sales team performance.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Reporting: Provide reports on sales metrics and market conditions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in sales management, preferably in life insurance.
- Skills: Leadership, communication, and sales skills; proficiency in MS Office/CRM.
- Certifications: Relevant insurance licenses required or preferred.
