Job Description

To lead our sales team, increase revenue, and cultivate enduring connections with customers, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented An urgent need – Direct Sales Manager

Key Duties: 

  • Create and carry out sales plans to meet organizational objectives.
  • Motivate, guide, and lead the sales force to achieve peak performance.
  • Find fresh business prospects and broaden your customer base.
  • Create and preserve a solid rapport with stakeholders and clients.
  • Track sales results and report back to management on a regular basis.
  • To increase brand awareness, work together with the product and marketing departments.
  • Keep abreast of market developments and rivalry.

Conditions:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Two or more years of sales experience Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiating abilities
