Job Description

A top insurance company in India, renowned for its creative solutions and top-notch customer support. We are looking for driven Sales Executives to drive growth and cultivate great connections with insurance agents as we expand our Agency Channel.

Responsibilities

• Locate, hire, and acclimate new insurance representatives.

* Give agents continual support and training.

* Create and implement plans to reach sales goals.

* Support agents during field visits and sales strategies.

* Carry out market study and locate fresh prospects.

* Verify compliance with legal and corporate policies.

Requirements

* A bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or a similar discipline.

* Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales abilities.

* Age range: 21 to 38

* Experience: A minimum of one year and more in sales and marketing

* A local candidate is required.

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
